Antonia Passerini began life as a mere courtesan only to be inadvertantly pulled into the ranks of the Assassin Brotherhood to eventually become a Master Assassin. Shortly after she became a Madame herself of a brothel in Venice where she would eventually marry another assassin and bear three daughters in addition to her bastard son from a previous relationship. She would continue to operate as both assassin and madame until old age made the former simply too difficult to actively pursue. By then she'd become known as having a safe house for her fellow assassins and was one of the few madames to actively train her girls to defend themselves if necessary -- even sponsoring a few particularly gifted ones to become outright assassins.

Naturally, Assassin's Creed franchise is owned by Ubisoft.
