          It was a duel that Vejitina had hoped to avoid years ago when she blew up the planet that she and Hanayasai resided on for a time after realizing the threat he posed to not only the Saiyajin... but countless others as well. Now on Earth, she has no choice but to face the mentor she turned her back on so long ago in a fight whose outcome is undetermined... though she is sadly outmatched in terms of strength and sheer viciousness.

          For even if she wins and slays her former mentor, it is no promise that she will be able to pull herself back from the very precipice of pure primal brutality that she has so long tried to keep under careful control.

Artist's Notes: Good lord, these poses were a bitch. It was my first time really hitting the "doing something besides stand around and look good" poses, and I thought for a time I was just out of luck. I wanted it to look like what it is: a fight where tooth and claw are the strongest weapons, but where a ki blast or two help.
          Just hope that Hanayasai doesn't decide to pull a "Blood Moon Ball"... otherwise there's gonna be tons more property damage involved. A big thanks to ~Sso02V for helping me with getting the ki balls to look right!
